Unwind in the airy open-concept living area with coastal décor, hardwood-style flooring, and abundant natural light. Enjoy meals in the fully stocked kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, lots of storage, and an oversized island with seating. The adjacent dining space seats 8, making it easy to gather your whole crew. The primary bedroom suite is located just off the living area on the upper level.

Upstairs, the main living area opens to a large covered front porch—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. In the rear, a peaceful screened-in porch overlooks the trees for extra privacy and quiet. Downstairs, an additional family room provides space for kids or guests to hang out and relax. Down the hall from this family room is where you will find the queen bedroom, the bunk room, and a full bathroom.

When you're ready to hit the beach, hop on the included golf cart and head just a few blocks to the sand. We’ve got your beach gear covered, too! For outdoor lovers, this home sits next to the Greenway Trail, ideal for morning walks or scenic bike rides.

Whether you're soaking up the sun, exploring local shops, or enjoying home-cooked meals with family and friends, this home is the perfect summer escape on the Carolina coast.

All linens are included, and the beds will be made. A towel set will be laid out for each guest - 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, & 1 washcloth.

Lots of beach equipment provided, chairs, boogie boards, etc.

Golf cart waiver required to be signed before check-in.

We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, laundry & dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple of nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs. (Please leave the supply basket in the home)

Please plan to bring your own beach towels if you are visiting the beach.

There is a Keurig at the home, please remember to pack your favorite coffee pods :)

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
