You can walk to South End Surf Shop for your surf shop needs, grab coffee or a beer upstairs at Sundays Cafe or take a few more steps to Crystal Pier and the Oceanic for dinner or a stroll on the beach. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom is made for a relaxing weekend away. Downstairs second fridge for cold drinks! Yoga mats, low country boil set, oyster table, two decks, backyard space, grill, cooler, beach toys and chairs. Plenty of room for your boards, beach gear, bike rentals, coolers, and more! Washer and dryer in condo. Outdoor shower. Spare propane tank for grill in storage room, please refill if you empty one. Closest place is Craft Hardware, Harris Teeter or Home Depot. Please make sure freezer door is shut all the way!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
