The Princess Kate (bottom floor space)

The Princess Kate comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with two king size beds and 1.5 baths. With one bedroom located off the living room and the other nestled off the back hallway, guests are able to spread out and find their own space. The shower/tub combination is located off the primary bedroom. A coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven combo, and full refrigerator are able to accommodate everything you may need during your stay. Two back doors open to the shared fenced common space.

The Queen Elizabeth (top floor space - accessible by stairs only)

The Queen Elizabeth is the larger of the two units, sleeping up to 8 guests, with 3 king size beds, one queen and 2 full bathrooms (showers only, tub in primary bath decorative only). A full bath and washer dryer are located by the back entrance of the unit allowing easy access to the fenced shared backyard. The primary bedroom has an attached full bath and full closet for storage of important items. The third floor spans the length of the home with two king and one queen making it a great spot to pile in for the weekend. (Be advised the roof slants in some portions of this accommodation so taller guests may have a hard time accessing certain spots of sleeping quarters).

Both units have access to front and back porches to take in the views of downtown Wilmington. The backyard common space is fenced with ample lighting so your crew can unwind and relax outdoors. Please be aware of neighboring businesses and respect their proximity and property accordingly.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
