Step into a bright & airy space for friends and family to gather in this one-level open concept living that includes 10-foot ceilings. Enjoy a flat screen TV in the living room and all bedrooms. Wi-Fi access is available. The kitchen offers everything you will need for dining and cooking. Granite/Quartz countertops, pots, pans, dishes, drinkware, silverware, and all the cooking utensils you will need. We also keep the cabinets stocked with cooking oils and salt & pepper. During your stay you also have access to a Keurig and a drip coffee pot, toaster and a blender. The bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer and toilet paper. We also provide a starter set of paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, hand soap and trash bags.

Our 3 bedroom/3 bath home will comfortably sleep 9 guests offering 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed and 1 Triple Bunk bed.
• The Owner's Suite has ocean views from the king bed, a walk-in closet and a spa like bathroom with an ocean view and a rainfall shower head.
• The Second bedroom has a king bed and a full bath.
• The Third bedroom has a queen bed and triple bunk beds with a full bath. The triple bunk bed allows flexibility for grandparents, children or a third couple.
• All bedrooms include Roku flat screen TVs and Juliet balconies with sliding glass doors.
No need to worry with towels or linens. Each room comes with its own set of freshly laundered sheets and towels. Beach towels will also be provided.

• The home offers a large sectional couch, a gourmet kitchen, an island with seating and dining “nook” with incredible ocean views.

• SEA life's beauty and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the spacious deck that faces the beach. Comfortable seating around the bar height Adirondack table and chairs.

After spending the day soaking up some rays and relaxing on the sand, shower off in the outdoor shower and get ready for an evening of fun and relaxation!

Once you're done letting the sun slip through the horizon, grab the family and take a walk to see what's biting at Johnny Mercer's Fishing Pier, grab some hand-scooped ice cream from the Beach Shoppe, or enjoy a snack at the Shark Bar and Kitchen or The Palm Room.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
