Great family beach house! Two bedrooms downstairs each with a queen bed and a private full bath. Upstairs has another queen bedroom and a spacious bunk room with a twin over full bunk (trundle underneath) and an additional twin! These bedrooms share another full bath. The bunk room has a glass privacy wall as well as room darkening shades for extra privacy. Comfortably sleeps 10.

Lovely bright and light kitchen fully stocked for cooking meals in. Large dining room table and bar seating. Washer and dryer for your use.

Downstairs is the best spot! So much fun to be had down there. In ground saltwater pool, hot tub, tiki bar, outdoor shower...great spot to hang out and enjoy the beach! Please note there is no longer a TV in tiki bar outside despite one showing in pics. The outside elements will not keep it working!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
