Everyone LOVES Sea Colony!

The outdoor shed has some fun beach stuff for the kids. Linens, towels, pillows, and blankets are all included (with some extras to make sure you're nice and cozy!).

Parking is easy-breezy - just make sure to display the pass in your vehicle immediately upon arrival. You get 2 parking passes in case you want to invite a friend.

This is a 3rd-floor unit, and there isn't an elevator, but trust me, the view is worth it!!

Carolina Beach is such a family-friendly and fun place to be. The Boardwalk is fun for all ages, but if you're scared of heights, steer clear of that Ferris Wheel!

Bike & jet-ski rentals nearby.

Tons of quaint coffee shops, locally owned shops, and a seasonal Farmer's Market at the Lake. Have a cocktail at the Ocean Grill & Tiki Bar and then walk the 2 blocks along the beach at sunset. Whatever fun and relaxation you are looking for, you will find it here!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
